Congratulations to our Wolfpack 09 team for taking 2nd place in the 8u Player Pitch Farley Memorial Tournament.
It was a great experience for our team playing in our first player pitch tournament of the season. Overall we played 7 games in the 90 degree weather. While we only won 2 of the 7 games, the girls showed up to play in the semifinals which put us in the championship game in back to back tournaments. While understandably we got off to a slow start to the weekend, it was fun to watch our team grow and get better as hitters and pitchers as the weekend went on.
Great job girls and an awesome job to our Wolfpack 09 pitchers who also got to pitch for our team for the first time.
