Wolfpack 09 - Fogle | T-Town Showdown | 2nd PLACE | 2018

Congratulations to our Wolfpack 09 team for going 4-2 and finishing Runner-Up at the T-Town Showdown in Tallmadge.

It was a tale of 2 separate games yesterday for our Wolfpack 09 team this weekend. After playing 2 close games in pool play against 2 very good teams in the SGS Magic and Silver Creek Starz, we squared off against both of them again in elimination play.

Our team played its best game to date by beating the SGS Magic in the semifinals, unfortunately we backed it up with what was our poorest played game of the season both defensively and offensively in the Championship game against the undefeated Silver Creek Starz. We committed way to many errors and didn't hit the ball the way we are capable of which we simply cannot do if we want to compete with the good teams.

Congratulations to the Silver Creek Starz for being tournament champions and to our Wolfpack 09 team for runner up. We continue to get better every week!

And hats off to the crew @ Kent Park in Tallmadge who did a great job all weekend, especially in getting the field ready to play after the heavy rains came!
